REFERENCE
    We use can + base form to talk about something we are able to do or something that is possible for us to do:
  • generally: I can play the guitar.
  • at this moment: Where is he? I can't see him.
    AFFIRMATIVE:
    I/you/he/she/it/we/they can play
    NEGATIVE:
    I/you/he/she/it/we/they can not (can't) play
    QUESTIONS:
    Can I/you/he/she/it/we/they play?
    SHORT ANSWERS:
    Yes, I/you/he/she/it/we/they can.
